How much does DibsHub cost?
Listing a profile is free. Bookings are $15/month per professional on Starter, and $50/month on Pro, which adds the AI receptionist and AI-assistant booking.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan gives a professional a public profile and a discovery listing so clients can find them, at no cost. Taking bookings requires Starter.
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter ($15/month) covers online booking, calendar, reminders, and verified reviews. Pro ($50/month) adds the AI receptionist and AI-assistant booking through ChatGPT and Claude.
Is pricing per professional or per shop?
Per professional. The professional is the seat. A shop pays only for its active professionals and is free while at least one is active, so you never pay for an empty chair.
Do clients pay to use DibsHub?
No. Booking is free for clients, and there’s no deposit or online payment to book. Clients pay their professional in person at the visit.
